The shared approach to tasks would likely work, however I suggest we have an "Arbiter" to settle any problems or disputes that may arise. I'm referring to disputes about rules interpretations, illegal rosters, going over salary cap in drafts, unexpected glitches, MIA owners.... things like that. If schwarze is interested in doing something like that, he would be a good choice due to his experience and level headed analysis.

I agree with this. Too many cooks in the kitchen can be a bad thing. We need one person who can take charge and delegate specific tasks to those willing to help.

redcped and I have been in communication with each other. We will share the responsibilities of running this. More details to come over the next few weeks.

Schwarze is getting started on the themes. I'm reaching out to Admin to get things coordinated. Once we have everything set, we'll post sign-ups, themes, deadlines, etc. I'd anticipate in a few weeks. Last year sign-ups began the last week of March, so maybe we'll be pretty close to that again.

A quick update.... thejuice6 tournament round 3 draft will be commencing in about a week. I think we'll be waiting until that is complete before posting themes, etc. for this year's Championship. So probably around 14-17 days from now.

I have a special request for this year's round 1 themes. Can our low-cap theme be a 60M?

I ask because there is a 60M TOC that has 18 teams in it, some of which have been there for more than 2 years. If we have a 60M theme in this year's WISC, that will add 6-8 teams to the TOC and give us some chance of filling it in my lifetime...

Happy to contribute theme ideas for 60M if needed.

Plus 60M cap leagues are a lot of fun!

Send schwarze your ideas. I know he is pretty close to locking down the themes, but we've been doing drafts for thejuice6's tournament the past week or so and have been pretty busy with those.
