The 2023 WIS Championship (WISC) Themes will be posted soon. Only five themes have officially been determined. I thought it would be cool to have the sixth theme be a suggestion by one of the WISC participants. Or at least, the main concept of the theme.

In this thread, WIS Championship participants can suggest theme ideas for the sixth league. At the end of 2 weeks, redcped, ronthegenius and I will discuss which theme will "officially" be used as the sixth theme. We may take a suggested theme as is or take the general idea of a suggested theme and modify it. If we like more than one and/or can't come to a mutual agreement, we may select our 2-3 favorites and put it up for a vote.

You must be participating in this tournament (i.e., paid your GC) for your suggested theme league idea to be considered. To entice lots of suggestions, the person who submits the winning theme will get a refund of his tournament entry fee when the rest of the prizes are paid out. Please review the other themes before posting your suggestion. We don't want overlap. The theme should be easy to understand, not overly complicated to build and relatively easy for the commissioners to validate rosters (let's save the "Twist" concept for round 2). Obviously, no drafts in round 1.

Please use the following format to describe the theme. The salary cap should be between $120M - $160M, which fits nicely into the gap from the five other theme salary caps (70, 80, 100, 110, TBD, 255). We already have a clone league so no clones. And no WW or AAA. Injuries are always on.

Description: Gold Gloves vs Stone Hands

There is a random draw for team assignments.
You get one of the two below possibilities: Gold Gloves or Stone Hands.
There are 12 of each type of team and divisions aligned randomly.

Gold Gloves teams:
1. Each player must be rated B or higher for fielding AND range in at least one position.
2. 1B factor for the park must be +1 or higher.

Stone Hands teams:
1. Each player must be rated C or lower for fielding AND range at every position.
2. 1B factor for the park must be -1 or lower.

I actually like this one a lot. Bit of a limited player pool, but would force everyone to consider (and use) some players we don't typically see.

You must draft a pitching staff of at least $65M and choose a stadium with a park factor of 1.05 or higher, or draft an offense of $65M or higher and choose a stadium with a park factor of 0.95 or lower.

Anyone have a list of these? And also how many WIS parks would be included?
