I have about 1610 good innings, about 1690 acceptable innings, and about 1740 including 200k mop-ups. I would have liked more and, in particular, would have liked much better pitching quality.

However, I mismanaged this draft from the start and have ended up with a strange hitting-heavy, defense-deficient squad

I didn't expect to have the lowest IP total in the division, but my pitching quality is pretty stron, so maybe that will help.

I spent $78.2 million on pitching (no mop-ups). My aggregate pitching stats are 1667 ips, 1.64 era, .188 oav, 0.84 whip, 1.5 bb/9, 9.2 k/9, 0.31 hr/9.

FYI - I almost rostered '94 Maddux, but I would've had to shorten the team's innings and lowered the hitting slightly. It came down to the choice of 1994 Maddux (288 ips) + another $2M RP (w/approx 40 ips) or the combo of 2020 Shane Beiber (209 ips) and 2020 Dinelson Lamet (186 ips). The total salaries were about the same.

With a DH, this salary cap, and all games in Colorado I thought it might take 1900. After I saw how many you guys picked I went down to 1850.which is still probably way high. I don't like having a different philosophy than the savants around here, but it is what it is and we shall see. I've never played in a league like this before.

When my draft is over I should be in the same ballpark pitching wise as you. Although, I can still pivot and get a decent mop up guy with one of my last few selections.

Right now I have $76.9 in pitching (no mop-ups) 1649 innings, 1.62 era .190 oav, 0.86 whip, 8.1 k/9, 1.68 bb/9 and 0.15 hr/9
