I'll take Cincinnati- provided one thing. There are no limitations on where I can play a player, correct? I don't do ridiculous things like play a 1B at catcher for no reason, but sometimes it makes sense to play a 3B at 2B on occasion, or put a 1B in RF. I was in one league that banned this practice and I found it unnecessarily restraining.
No limitations - the point is to win as many as you can. I play OF at 1B or DH at 1B or 1B on OF all the time if I feel it gets me an edge somehow.
