First round pick of the 1988 NY Mets was solid. Several pitching options as well as Strawberry in the OF. Also complimented by some strong partial season position players that could be usable in this league. Shea Stadium could also be valuable.

Second round pick gifted to you was the 1978 White Sox. That was a beautiful choice by Preeves22. No pitching help. One more good OF and nothing much else.

I could not find an equally useless pick for you but will give you the 1978 NY Mets.

One good starting pitcher and not a lot else. No backup shortstop. And you double up on Shea Stadium so that isn't any help.

I got tied up this morning and I'm a little late for my slot on the clock. The delay saved you from the '78 Mets. Instead, I will gift you the 1958 Baltimore Orioles.

The O's come with a power hitting catcher which you may choose to use, but the rest of their hitting is pretty sad. They give you 3 decent starters at a cost, but you already have decent starters on the '58 Braves. The best chest piece you gain may be Hoyt Wilhelm but a 44 IP reliever isn't carrying anyone to a pennant.

They qualify as OF for roster purposes. If they have a defensive rating you can use them at those positions during the season.

We seem to have come to a screeching halt here. Still one pick to go before my pick for calhoop.

What happened to moving on to the next pick? We were skipped earlier for missing our window.

At this point anyone should be able to post a Round 3 assignment if they have one. All the time slots have surely passed.

I paused yesterday to solve a problem and didn't reset time slots. That is clearly NOT working so I will restart them for Friday.
