Bah... no research needed. Before ronthegenius changes his mind, I will gladly jump on 1975 San Diego Padres.

With only 900 innings so far, I badly needed Randy Jones. I'll figure out how to fill other the other team needs later.
And, of course, that’s the team my brain was telling me to take.

Yep, I figured. When I grabbed 1995 last round (needed offense), I was holding my breath that one of 2009, 1976 or 1975 made it back to me.

With three picks to go before my turn, all three were still there... then 1976 goes, then 2009 goes, then... you took 1997 (whew!)

I wanted 2009 or 1976. Just didn’t like 75 Jones or 75 Winfield quite as much.

And I figured I might as well upgrade the offense a bit because, really, is there a much of a difference between 400 usable innings and 1000ip of garbage and 680 usable innings and 720 innings of garbage? I guess we’ll find out.

I took ‘88 to get 640 usable innings rather than the 400ish from one of Jones’ good seasons. It’s one of those things that might help me through the season, but I’ll sure wish I had Jones if I get to the playoffs.
