Actually this brings up an important question.

Suppose one of your teams is an 1880s St. Louis Browns team which is the St.Louis Cardinals franchise and another one of your teams is say a 1930s St. Louis Browns team which belongs to the Baltimore Orioles franchise.

Technically, you have picked two St. Louis Browns teams but in terms of Baseball reference franchises, they are two different franchises. I would assume this is legal but it's an important clarification.

Yes, it's legal. "Franchise" is what it normally means..

yes, it was meant as a dig, it seems self-evident that two different franchises are, in fact, two different franchises. sorry for the confusion. i appreciate the time you guys have put into this, i know how much work it is.

the themes are also far better than anything i ever came up with in my time running it.

No, we left that open to any of the parks you might want. Most of the themes had a restriction, but it's nice to have a couple without one.

Deadline for submitting our first two teams is Monday, the 13th. I'm going to be out of town from the 9th through the 14th. Will the league numbers be out anytime soon?

I don't know if they'll be up by the 9th, but don't worry about it. I'm a little behind still in my builds, probably because I keep making mistakes.

WTF...this is my first one of these and I kept double checking to see if I followed all the rules. My Take 5 team was great, 5 different seasons and came together nicely.....BUT I just realized I used 1 FRANCHISE TWICE ... well, I guess I am not done.

Yeah, I think a few people have run into that. I just realized I had built my 70M team using one combined season, and it really fell apart without that player. So I had to go to Plan G or H or maybe it's ZZ by now. That one tested my patience.

Just confirming, the real life SB total, as shown in the draft center, is this the top row of team stats or the bottom row? For example, if I were to draft the 2020 Juan Soto who had 6 SB in real life, he is credited with 16 SB/162, so the top row for the team SB has one number, but the bottom row has a number with 10 additional SB.

Correct - top row. Actual total SBs, not pro-rated per 162 games.
