Amazingly, schwarze and I aren't in any divisions together. And it's not like it's because one of us tended to have high/low salaries. schwarze has higher salary among 5 franchises, and me the other 3.

The funny thing is that we're not even close in salary in most of the leagues. It's not like we were right on the line between divisions. The closest we are in salary is in the Expos league, where there is a $2.1 million difference, but there were four people in between us.

Rangers (2nd, 8th)
Mets (12th, 5th)
Angels (12th, 4th)
Expos (8th, 3rd)
Royals (6th, 4th) --> $4.7M difference
Padres (1st, 11th)

Interesting, I am near the bottom of each salary pool. I was trying to be efficient and grab scrubs and not go over the needed PA to avoid stronger teams. That may have been counter intuitive. I am curious if the higher salaried teams have a lot more PA/IP than me.

I didn't make any decisions based on salary. I just put the best team I could together and let the chips fall.

The overall tournament average salary per team is $102.7 million. Considering there is probably at least $3 million in wasted salary (extra PA, IP), these leagues should play out like standard $100M themes.
