Hardball Central just rolled with one opening - an NL East franchise (now Boston, but you can change the city). Has the 6th draft pick. League has a 30m prospect cap, which promotes parity - very friendly league. League always rolls quickly with very few, if any, openings. Please site mail with any questions.

The open franchise has a top 6 pick and 3 20m contracts. Those players are good and will bring top comp picks when their contracts expire. It's an excellent rebuild opportunity.
