Season 59 is finished and I have confirmed openings. This is a very unusual number, given we had zero owners leave last season. The league has a great group of friendly, competitive owners. We have one main rule that keeps this world stable and usually low turnover in owners. That rule is:
In the mauer league there is a Minimum win rule of 58 wins. If you don't make the MWR of 58 wins, you are capped the following season in your prospect budget line of 10 million as a penalty. If you go over the 10 million cap, you will be removed from the world. This rule is in place to prevent tanking and to keep the world competitive.
