In this league you get $83M to spend on your initial roster, plus you can choose your own 6/2 above average AAA. No DH, WW, trades, or injuries, but clones are allowed. No transaction deadline. All parks permitted. Random alignment unless any owners enter 2 teams. No more than 2 teams per owner permitted.
FYI, the reason I chose $83M as the base salary cap is because that should leave most teams with a total salary of just under $110M after adding the actual salaries of their AAA players. That should allow the eventual league champions to be very competitive in a $110M cap TOC.
