No, each new season moves ahead one year ( the following season 67/87/07, then 68/88/08 )
Every year your 3 seniors "graduate" and you draft 3 freshman.( incoming rookies and the seniors who just graduated ).

This is the best Progressive Theme out there. And with the Commish adding a clock to the draft and a new potential rule change for a
couple seasons from now to help even up the draft order odds, it's on its way to being the best theme ever! :)
