I'll play with 1998 if it is available.

I am playing with 1998 but we allow 2 teams per season as long as it is not Blacklisted. Yes you can play it.
Sorry, the answer is now NO because there have been 2 teams of 1998, NO other 1998 teams will be allow.

You may want to revise the classified to tell people you can't reserve a spot but have to enter your team. It doesn't say that right now. My 1998 team has been built for days but I did not know I needed to enter it.
