First you get 60 million to snag some players ($10 mil max salary per player). Then you get 60/20 WAA AAA Real Name rookies (Auto Picked). Then after 50 games you get another $5 million to pick someone up. 16 teams, 4 in the playoffs with Interleague play. No clones, DH yes.
