I'd say you have a remarkable ability to choose one sentence from a paragraph, or several statements, and latch onto it like a pit bull to a tire while completely ignoring everything else that was said.
Pot/kettle?

Virtually everyone in this thread is being profoundly stupid and asinine.  Most of them knowingly.

My favorite part is when jtpoops gets caught in particularly excessive stupidity, so he deflects to "Mikey's truckstop whores".

Somewhat but you're better at it than I am.

So *you're* the kid that runs around fat camp calling everyone else lardass. Good job.

If you're the skinniest fat kid, that seems reasonable.

The biggest difference between us is I at least know, and acknowledge, what I'm doing.    I'm not 100% convinced that you realize your "style".

But are you the skinniest kid in this analogy? I don't think you are.

Of course you don't.   Thus proving this: I'm not 100% convinced that you realize your "style".

Should we keep going?

We could.   But, if we did, wouldn't we simply be proving the other's point?

That's exactly my point. Have another snickers, big boy, and stop calling everyone else fat.

Don't you think, by responding, that you're proving the scales might just tip a little more in your favor?

I don't know, you seem to be grabbing hold of this one thing pretty hard. Like you have lockjaw.
3/4/2014 11:28 AM
Yet, from where I sit, you're dying to argue despite having nothing to argue about.     And the difference is that I recognize the situation.   I'm not 100% convinced you do.

Mike: you're fat.
Me: Um, ok. Have you looked in a mirror lately?
Mike: Yeah, I admit I'm fat, so I can call other people fat. That's the difference.
Me: I never said I wasn't fat.
Mike: I'm not convinced that you don't think you're fat. OTOH, I know I'm fat.
