Yeah but he did it with style.   White tux.    Hernandez was probably dressed like this:

I can't stop laughing at this.  Seriously...WTF is the dude thinking on the right side???

Hernandez perp-walked.

Can I put my shirt on?

NO!

Cut.

This is clearly God paving the way for Tebow's long and illustrious career as a TE.

After all, God helped Ray Lewis - you can bet your left nut he'll help Tebow!

Boom.  Pats doing the right thing.

Murder is the case that they gave him.

Good thing we have 54 TE's on the roster.

This whole thing seems weird.  I mean, they said 3 of the 4 ended up back at Nando's house.  How did the car they were driving and the dude that was shot end up somewhere else.  Obviously not knowing jack **** about it....but seeing some of what's being said.  It sounds like the Vic went out to score some drugs and wound up getting killed.

Who knows (outside of Nando and his buddies that is)....

Gronk's back better heal super fast!
Dump the dude, go home, get a 2nd vehicle, dump the car in a weak-*** attempt of a cover-up.    That's Gronk-level stupid but the fact that Hernandez isn't cooperating doesn't look good for him.
That scenario is retardedly stupid.  Not saying that couldn't happen....some people are just flat out dumb...but...

Not cooperating doesn't mean crap right now.  I wouldn't to if someone i knew and was with earlier in the day was found murdered near a car i had rented.  He lawyered up.  Which is what i'd have done in a heartbeat.

If he's guilty, may he riot in hell....but until then, he's innocent till proven otherwise.

Sad part (other than someone dying), was that Nando seemed to be going in the right direction too.  Hopefully, for his sake, he wasn't responsible for the murder and can somehow learn and grow as a person.

Oopsy?

whoops a daisy

What's oopsy about that?

"right direction"?

What is "wrong direction" in your opinion?

Hernandez and two friends picked up Lloyd at home at 2:30 a.m. ET on June 17, McCauley said. Surveillance footage from Hernandez's home shows him leaving earlier with a gun. Hernandez also told someone in the house that he was upset and couldn't trust anyone anymore, the prosecutor said.

After picking up Lloyd, Hernandez said he was upset with Lloyd because Lloyd had spoken with people Hernandez had trouble with during their outing to the nightclub, McCauley said.

After that conversation, Lloyd texted his sister, "Did you see who I am with," the prosecutor said. When his asked who, he answered at 3:22 a.m. ET, "NFL," then, a minute later, "Just so you know," he said.

Between 3:23 a.m. and 3:27 a.m. ET, people working the overnight shift at the industrial park reported hearing gunshots, McCauley said.

It takes a messed up mindset to decide to take someone's life, but he's an dumbshit murderer for not taking the surveillance tapes, destroying them, and chucking them in some random garbage bin (like Ray Lewis did with his suit).

I think the things that bother me most about the thing is:
A) It wasn't a spur of the moment thing.  Argument, fight, killing.   Supposedly it stemmed from some disagreement on June 14th.   That's what bothered me most about Vick(and less about Rapelisberger/Lewis/Stallworth).    Doing something stupid/crazy in the moment is a lot less disturbing than planning it out over days/weeks/years.
B) He apparently did it himself.  It seems to me that once you reach a certain level in life that you'd be able to leave behind the "thug" life you've lived before.  It's not like he made his money in an illegal business where you might just have to kill someone to prove a point/control a situation.   He's a professional football player. There's no one to impress/scare in the "real world".   Hell, even Rae Carruth hired a gunman.
