You are forgetting that Denver lost.
 

KC has played one good team (Denver) and got handled pretty easily. They were also upset at home last week. Denver's losses to Indy and NE, they probably didn't deserve to win, but it still took a boneheaded play for them to lose both games (Hillman's fumble near the Indy goal line in the 4th quarter and the Welker/Carter punt mishap). They're still a far more talented team than KC.

KC sucks.   Manning sucks in cold weather.   If it's cold in KC when they play, it could be 0-0.

I think KC has been exposed as being not as good as their record indicates.  Playing a weak schedule for the first nine games will do that to you.

They'll probably finish 12-4, but will get crushed in the playoffs.

Their record next season will be more indicative of what kind of team they really are.

Nobody can say the Chiefs are not a good team. I could go saying the Broncos stink.... They lost to the Colts and Pats... You do not think the chiefs are good, so the Broncos are 0-2 vs. good teams!!!! Otherwise the Chiefs and Broncos' schedules are pretty much the same! Stop thinking the Chiefs are the only team with a easy schedule here, because your Broncos are too! But, of course you would not care because you are a bandwagon jumper!

Talented, schmaletid. The Chiefs and Broncos records are the same and that is what matters.

Smith does what he's expected to do.    Control the offense, don't turn over the ball and let the D do the work.    If KC falls behind by two scores, they have no chance with him at QB if the defense doesn't give him a short field(or score a defensive TD).

That's certainly not a sign of an elite team.

They are not an elite team on the road.
They are at home.
