The Cap will be 95 mil. We will be using player years from 1980 thru 2012 only. Each owner will select one franchise that he will select (13) players from (ie: Phillies) and then the next owner entered will select the next franchise for you , that you will select (12) players from (ie: Royals) . There will be no more then (2 instances) of a franchise used  ---- after that the Franchise/Team will be closed out. There will be NO WW ,Trades or Clones. DH is in both leagues. AAA will be (Above Average) that you will pick  from (your franchises that you selected/placed upon you -- only). Must use the stadium that one of your teams called home in 2012. Thanks for staying on was changing teams from 15 & 10 to 13/12 split when you entered --- you are a good sport !!!

Sorry Specsman - your second half is the "Close but no Cigar" CUBS & I will take the ROYALS for my 1st half > my only problem will be keeping them UNDER the cap!

same as the rest of the teams  --- other franchises get a few more years --- since Miami/Florida and Colorado came into the league in 1993 --- and Arizona and Tampa Bay came into the league in 1997. They will be handled the same as the other teams - no different.
