Simple theme:
1.  Pick a franchise.  All players will come from your franchise from 1980-2012.
2.  Pick a season of hitters.  8+ hitters that sum to at least 25 million.
3.  Pick a season of pitchers.  7+ pitchers that sum to at least 25 million.
4.  Pick an all-round season.  Hitters and pitchers that sum to at least 25 million.
5.  Pick two wildcard players (one hitter, one pitcher) from any season.  Wild Card players can be from different seasons

90 million cap.
Yes DH, AAA (6/4 average, manual from franchise (1980 - 2012).
No WW, trades, clones, Live restrictions, transaction deadline.

Use any stadium, but each stadium is unique.  First come, first served.

Based on the wording - I assume the Wild Card Players do NOT have to be from the same season (or it would say "Pick a Wild Card Season")

Yes...although it has to be unique within the league.  I remove the duplicate ballparks (the ones with identical ratings) so that each owner has a special ballpark...beyond just a different name to the same ballpark.  I think this adds an important element to my themeleagues.
