i saw this coming a mile away...especially since our division is so competitive...nc was always gonna bail since he knew he might not have a contender anymore...great owner but give him a lil bit of a uphill challenge and he wont play

dh555, ur wrong.  Seasons 6-8 are basically as good as season 5 for Bobby Jones.  Seasons 6,7,9 are basically as good as seasons 3-4 for Marques Johnson. Frazier doesn't have any seasons that I would call "elite".  He (along with Jones, Johnson, etc) are very good role players for this team, but they can be replaced.   Lebron's 6-10 seasons are better than the 5 seasons I used.

I'm not bailing.  The commitment when this league started was a 5 season commitment.  I fulfilled that.  I gave plenty of notice when I decided I wouldn't be returning for season 6.  I have left this team is very good shape.  Ginandjuice started this league and left before the 5 seasons were completed.  IMO, he bailed.

I've accepted many challenges on this site with regards to the nba sim.  Some years back (when the sim engine was different) I was challenged to win a title using an elite Karl Malone season and have him exceed his real life stats.  I did that on the first try.  Then colonels19 challenged me to do the same thing with the 35ppg Bob McAdoo season.  Again, I did that on the first try.  I was challenged to participate in the 2010 BOWIS (even though I didn't like draft leagues at the same and one of the themes was a draft league), a tournament I hadn't previously participated in.  I won that tournament.

Here are the reasons I'm not returning for season 6:  (1) seasons 6-10 will take at least a calendar year and I'm not going to make a yearlong commitment to anything on the site at the moment, (2) I'm kinda bored with the nba sim at the moment because there's been almost no significant updates in the last 3 years.

I knew you were bored. Heck, you even post in league forum these days! Couple years ago you were so into your teams. You wouldn't even bother answering DHs post haha!
