The ALL-TIME Basketball Assoc. has an immediate team available
The ATBA is a single year draft progressive.  The inaugural draft covered the years
1951-1967.  Each player was drafted as a rookie and progresses one career year
each season.
At this point nearly all of the inaugural rookie players drafted have retired

Why is it that the best available teams always get taken by the best owners?  It's bad enough I need to play 8 games a season against Magic, but now those 8 games will be coached by eleibowitz.  UGH!
