I am pretty sure historical stats and names are public domain...

At least I think that is what was settled many moons ago...how many of you remember when the players didnt have names for a while?

To whom it may concern,

I have sunk alot of money into this site over the years. I pay primarily to play LIVE. I enjoy the control and playing out the actual game, rather than letting it sim. That said, I pay to use a product I frequently cannot access. I do not feel this is fair. I enjoy the game to the point that I will always play LIVE as long as it exists, no matter the circumstance. But I feel some sort of reparation is in order for the times the LIVE server is down. Can be inconvenient at times to be certain. Myself and the owners listed below have in affect signed an online petition asking to be reimbursed 1 full season sim team for the inconvenience of being deniend access to a product we pay for:

In response to my request for a 1 team reimbursment from WiS to all who signed the online request, admin responded with a link to their "LIVE update" thread.  I suppose the logic being that the information in that thread should/will ease the corcerns of LIVE players.  But it totally side-stepped any type of reimbursement whatsoever.  I'd still like to see some sort of compensation from them...

Eh, I came back to help out with a league that had a vanished owner, but after having three games crash on me out of 20ish, and seeing the still obvious flaws in the programming, including stolen bases being broken and not being able to sub in a relief pitcher after a walk or error, I cannot give this game another dime until something is rectified.

Sorry for the delay. We appreciate the dedication to Live and we've issued a one team credit to the users listed.

While not perfect the fix we applied has helped Live have a higher uptime. We're keeping an eye on it and will tweak it further if needed.
