A productive saturday

I only got 20 out of a medium practice. That's why I hired a Director of Player Development. 

My player payroll is going to be low in relation to what I usually spend, figure it was a worthwhile experiment/investment to hire a 2nd coach with 110 training.

Woke up still mad about losing my top-3 RWs minutes apart in the tourney league last night.

I wondered about that coaching hire.

so he runs the practices, and the Xs n Os guy is behind the bench for games.


Love the strategy, but that's dedication, flip-flopping which one is the active coach every day.

naw, from what I read in the forums (though I can't find it again now that I want it), the 2nd coach hired handles training regardless. If that's true, I don't have to lift a finger and Mr. Experienced Leadership runs the bench, and the Old Man runs practices and dry land training. Have to see how it works.

I've had five medium practices since Speedy knocked me out, and all I got was 16/30, 16/32, 5/28, 19/29 and 20/30. If I'm goingto rebuild with younger guys, I want to do better than that. 5/28? I've left 73 points on the table that I could've used.
