I have a b+ reputation right now at my UNCP team. Will it go to A- before the job process? if not, how much will it restrict my ability to get a d1 job? We're assuming I make the NT this year, possible winning a game. I don't think that's an unrealistic expectation for this team.

I think reputation doesn't improve until after the jobs process. Don't quote me on that though.

i think you are correct. with an a-, i think you can get d1 jobs, but not with a b+. you might need an a though, i dont remember, i know ivy is the only one who needs an a+ rep.
