Does anyone know if Work Ethic also affects how fast a recruit learns the Offensive / Defense?

Yes it does the higher the WE the faster a player learns the O and D it also depends on how many mins there getting in there sets too but a High we always helps.

and higher high school gpa helps him learn the off/def sets in his freshman season sooner. no effect for soph-sr years...at least from what is posted in the faq's. i wish higher gpa's would help beyond the freshman season.

they do... you just cant see the high school GPA after a player is a soph. their college GPAs have no impact on IQ growth.

yes, but high school gpa's shouldn't matter after their freshman season. you'd think their college gpa's would have more effect.

High school GPA is a measurement essentially of how smart they are. How they are doing in college doesn't change that - the same way a 2.0 HS GPA is more likely to have grade issues as a soph in this game than a 3.0 HS GPA even if they had the same GPA as freshmen.
