Yeh I think billy is right this is more of the poor ranking system and not D1 school missing out on these guys I haven't seen anyone outrageous being signed it's just they are completely overranked.

Greco is an average D3 player. Dickinson is above average D3. The guys rednu and TJ posted seem perfectly reasonable for their divisions. I'd expect someone to land a stud at some point from one of the empty states like AK or something but thats already a strong tactic now they might just be able to get someone a little bit better instead of being rejected. The "worst" case outcome is getting a guy that is really low cores and WE, but full of pot that the D2 guys pass over and he slips to D3 where he is RS+4 yr starter and becomes a monster, but that seems reasonable if he was pretty bad coming in and low WE.

Personally I'm against everyone being recruitable, but it's not bothersome and would actually help me right now, I think dropdowns are a realistic aspect and add a strategic element which is why I like that. But it doesn't seem to be anything wrong besides just player rankings which we already knew where pretty bad.

Yep, sure no lower to mid major Div1 team would ever take a Freshman that has 653 and only avg or above growth in every category but one...

I'd have to see the potential the guy Coe got before saying anything

I've see pretty bad D1 players ranked 10-25 so it's wouldn't surprise me if he is one of those guys that fell to D3.

regardless is he is red ath at 62 then he defnitely is not D1 worthy and it would depend on his other cores for D2 so again its more dumb ranking logic this time than the recruiting process

To slow for SF not enough ath/spd to make up for his reb to play PF at D1
He's could be a great press D3 PF. and is solid at D2 in the right system, but I don't see any reason to take him at D1 with that ath/def and no "elite skills" to make up for it.
