Well you've got pssies like CoachDud who don't have the guts or intelligence to work his way up to an elite program like the REST of the elite DI coaches had to. He thinks we were all born into an A+ team as if it was inherited. But like the entitled little b**ch he is, he needs Seble to come in and "lower the bar" so he has a chance to compete. HD welfare at it best. Line up for your foodstamps Coachdud. Maybe one day you will even get into a conference where you can't beat up on 11 SIMS.

I'm not involved with the beta, can I still find the thread somewhere? Honestly I haven't even tried to look for it but if I "can" view it, I've got a few things I'd like to say.
Bump in case it was missed. I'd LOVE to get a chance at those threads.

It's a major over correction. Too bad none of those reasonable idea's repeatedly brought up by long time established coaches were ignored in favor of catering to new coaches who might not even be around in a year
You talk like you've been here forever. You've barely been here 2 years, you haven't been involved in any beta before, you've been through no major changes, and you threw a tantrum so large you got yourself thrown out of this beta. Sitting around the forums ******** about the beta forum actually hurts the game you seem to care so much about. Instead of being scared of the new game and bashing it, just try not to be a **** about it.

Keep in mind that transfers and potential 5th year seniors present a similar problem.
Another aspect of the problem is that the coaches who have been blessed with a player SO TALENTED that he goes to the NBA are some of the loudest whiners, and if you don't indemnify them (ie. the rich get richer) the whining is sure to continue. They simply cannot see having such a good player as a blessing; they see it as an entitlement. Let D2 and D3 have some of those players; coaches will be grateful instead of whining. (No offense to the D1 coaches who have a perspective on this and aren't whining. It isn't you I'm referencing.)

This was the latest that set me off......Know nothing DII coach thinks elite coaches are "entitled" then suggests EE caliber players drop down to his DII teams. This POS whiner calling DI coaches whiners. LMFAO......looked in the mirror lately Dud? 100% of your BETA posts are either "+1" or "make sure the top DI coaches don't get the best players". You contribute NOTHING.

The volume of posts and the diversity of people posting in the beta forum has dropped dramatically since the start of season 2.
I've basically given up on the beta forums. There was too much going on, and changes were being made without announcing them. So now I'm just letting other people give their input.
Personally, I'm not loving the new version of the game. And it's not because I just want to complain, but more because I don't want to out in the time to relearn this game. I hate the new scouting. It's time consuming and random. And the recruiting is just different, so it might just take time to get used to, but I'm not sure I want to invest that time. First recruiting season, I got all the players I wanted with no battles. But I also didn't have the options I usually have.
What I hate most, is any time people used the argument of making this game realistic. This game will never be real, it's a game, based on real college basketball. But you can't make it too real, because players and scouts and whoever decides the recruiting rankings and early entries and job logic, don't have brains. So we need to take realistic principles, of job promotion, or firings, and make them work within the games frameworks.
That's my rant for now.

Does anyone have what Dac said? I would like to see it, as I was late to the party.

The more and more I read in the beta forums, the more and more I understand that there are morons running the show. Coach Spud is, in my opinion, the worst person on the message board that I have ever seen (Yes, worse than Etta).

There are so many little fixes that could be made in order to make this game more enjoyable and competitive, but the intellectually challenged individual(s) running the show believe that an overhaul is necessary. There are some positives that you can make out of the beta and Seble is listening to some suggestions (while I see half as useless), but the big picture does not change and we accomplish nothing. The things that needed to be addressed still are being overlooked. Someone truly needs to explain to me how someone can be so incompetent that they do not see how this does not solve anything.

The main complaint from the below average to terrible coaches is that the big schools (A+ prestige) have too much of an advantages and that it takes too long to work up to the Big Six. Well, sir, first of all you suck as a coach so you do not belong in the Big Six. Second of all it is quite easy to take a C- team and make them a very good team in D-2 or D-3. If they would fix the firing process more coaches would be able to coach in the Big Six and the ones complaining would most likely be fired in the fourth season.

The early entry debacle is the newest sign of stupidity that I have seen on the beta forums. How can you penalize a team for recruiting a great player? If he leaves early there is no way for you to recover from that; given most recruits have already been signed or have had a lot of effort put into them by the time you get your money for that EE. If you want to compete for a national championship you are likely to have at least 2 potential EE's on your team. Many D-1 teams that win a title will be stuck searching for scraps the following season after they have multiple players leave.

I have not played D-1 and will not act as though I know much about D-1, but I am not an idiot and the repercussions are very apparent to me as well as anyone else who is not a moron. Although I was thinking about taking a few Big Six jobs recently as I am qualified on three of my D-3 teams, but I am worried that this new update will ruin a lot about this game, so I have stayed back with all of my teams.

Such a great and challenging game being thrown away so the ****** socialistic coaches who feel entitled [because they are a person too] can feel that they are getting a fair shot. Just an educated guess, a few seasons after the update is out these same individuals praising Seble for his overhaul will be once again complaining because they are still ****** coaches.
