I know that it looks like I left my PDX pal sly with a gift at 21. I just didn't know if I could pull off an ash and get enough good usage later on to make it work. But that was probably a big mistake. Big Ben is a defensive monster and is the best low usage PF other than Rodman IMO. To tell you the truth I was kind of upset that mikee1 took Duncan and I thought for sure that I would get him at # 20. But it sounds like ash would have ruined that plan anyway  Magic at least provides positional dominance at PG although along with tons of turnovers.

sly Marion was #2 on my list. Never have quite been able to make it work w/ him, though, and have seen others do well with DWade so I'll give him a shot, mediocre efg% and all.

Whether it will pay out or not will be determined by who is left when it is my time to draft again. What I find interesting is that ashamael has made same 2 picks I made in the last draft. Perhaps he will teach me what I did wrong. Picking Larry Nance over Shawn Marion may hurt me, but I haven't seen Hakeem fall to 24th before, and temptation of pairing Hakeem with Nance was too great to overcome.

those two picks are where the teams' similarities will end (though I will be using the same versions of those two guys you used).

I'm a nice guy and all but there way absolutely no way I was going to leave J Kidd on the board for mikee to snap up to pair with Duncan. I figured ash wouldn't take Kidd since he already had a low usage player in Russell. What's up with ash is he having a, "jethroegg moment " or two here???

not sure I get the jethro comment.

Marion was my wishlist top 3.

Jethro was an old timer player lover. He always took a couple of really good old timers in the first and second round. I actually like the picks except for Russell's 44 EFG% and Oscar's turnovers per 48 minutes. But as you have pretty much pointed out now you have 2 positions practically 100% covered.

Robertson's tov% is 15.4% - not bad for a point guard.
