20-game win streak snapped. Lost to a really good team (Seattle). Didn't help that my starting back court got in foul trouble. But coaching was the primary reason we lost. He pounded the boards against my +2. If I played a 0 or -1, I'd still be playing.

I guess I'll have to shoot for passing furry next season.

As for piling up more NT wins, bvb is back baby! Check him out with his reboot team in the sweet 16 and number 3 on the NT all-time D2 win list.

LR's wins streak also ended at 24 against a good E. New Mexico team. Tale of 2 halfs. We were down 18 at half and then stormed back, only to give up a game tying 3 with 2 seconds left. Foul trouble did us in. Only losing 2 sr's so we should be strong next year.

bvb is dangerous and so is burkboyz, knocking off my final 4 pick lander. i didnt look at the coaching stats but he has some great success in the NT

yeah I looked at your gamefilm roots and the UWP/Bowie State game. Both were barn-burners. I figured both would go the other way though. Your game should have never happened in the 2nd round. Poor seeding by the engine. Looks like the cream has risen to the top in the  Sweet 16 though. Pretty much chalk.

Atkinson and Ross didn't appreciate you not paying much attention to them haha. Good game though. It's always good to win a game against a very good team, especially since the last couple seasons have been a little rough.

Unfortunately, it's likely my run will end tonight. UWP is an excellent team.

I project an all #1 seed final four. Boring.

...or good seeding.

The 11-seed I'm playing tonight has 2 losses.  30-2 just like us.  That's a pretty good 11-seed.  They play a good zone, and the zone is the defense that has given us the most problems.  This one could be tough.

happy with a sweet sixteen appearance this year.  Should do well next year too with only one senior leaving.

You did a great job turning that team around so fast.  Your team is going to be scary good next season.

It's fantastic being the only #1 seed to lose before the final four. Not going to be winning games shooting 35%. Good luck all, ESP my conference mate St Mary's.

This is about as strong a final four as we've had in D2 Iba in a while, and that's without IW being there (still a little surprised by that, but IW lost to a very, very good team).  Should be some great games coming up.  UWP looks extremely tough.  Not sure how I'm going to score on that defense.

Charleston vs. Wisconsin-Parkside.  Even though they were both in the pre-season Top 10, they didn't get much press this season. It should be a good game.

Interestingly, neither team was in the Yarnell Invitational this season.  It's been a long time since the NT final included such teams.  Probably back to season #44, when Fayetteville defeated Findlay in the final.

According to my forthcoming Dynasty rankings, the winner of tonight's game will secure the final Yarnell spot

emy is one win away from cherry-picking a D2 NT. Then I'm not so sure he'll even be back to coach UWP
