Zed - I think the reason you're getting hounded is that you seem to contradict yourself.  You keep saying there is plenty of talent and there's no reason to poach.  Along those lines, if there is plenty of talent, why is there a need to defend your recruits?  Why don't you just go sign those great recruits that nobody else is recruiting?  

2 reasons,  1 I had already invested in the one being sniped and searching for more requires money.  I only try to hold 3 spots back to go look fo STLs. 

2  I don't go much out of my own backyard so it is kind of a turf rhing.  He's plenty close to me so it isn't a turf issue  with him.  It's his timing of when he does these things that grates. What I obviously haven't made clear is I don't mind so much when a green turns early.  This guy, and 2 others turned, were turned the cycle before signing.  If this was the first time I wouldn't mind so much either but it is recurring. 

It would also be easier to swallow if he wouldn't beat his chest over a manifesto he doesn't use and thumps it some more over what a great recruiter he is.  Heck If I had a DII and DIII team in the same World I bet I could recruit better too.  I honestly don't give a rats *** if a guy has 2 or 3 teams in the same World under different IDs IF they are all DIA or at least not both in the lower  Divisions.  But I have a problem when someone beats thier chest over how good he is at recruiting and then has 2 teams in the same world AND in the 2 lower Divisions.  High potential is key at DII and DIII. There is  plenty of talent in DII and DII.  Maybe not ones that can start in the first 2 seasons but there are plenty that can grow. 

I also have an issue when someone out and lies to or about me and he's done both.  Come on me Gino?  Zed mail is mild compared to Ginomail.    Yep Grindi is my brother but we aren't Siamese twins.  I'm not near as volatile as he is.  He also has a lot more conscience than me.  I'm a retired cop.  I've seen punks all my adult life.  When I give my payback to him I won't have any second thoughts and I'll keep it up until I get tired of it.  He's got payback coming and he's going tp get it.

I sent an AC scout 1st cycle...I sent a CV 2nd cycle that was rejected and he was then red to Catawba. I didn't look at their list searching for his STL recruits...it's really comical that he keeps saying that.

I said it in another thread and I will say it here. I will provide a screen shot showing WHEN I sent my 1st AC scout...when the 1st CV visit was rejected...and where I sent 6 CV's on a cycle where he stayed red. This should easily prove that...

A. I scouted this guy all on my own
B. I did send effort the 1st cycle after the report that was received.
C. I sent 6 CV's at the 9:00 cycle that were accepted...if he had only 1 CV and 1 AC...would I really spend another 10 CV's the next cycle?

The proof will set you free my friend!!!

As I said before, you're a liar. As my brother told you on your own post we would appreciate it if got it through your head that Gino, Zed, and Grindi are 3 entirely different people.  You're a sniper.  It is legal. Be proud.  Just don't be shocked when it happens to you.   If you think we are all the same then we have a lot of NCs.  How many of your NCs were a result of having 2 or more teams in the same World and Division?  You said yourself you are Vick and also you do Jts.  My brother does several other teams along with his but none have ever been in the same World.  You most certainly do and add JTs into the mis and there is more.

And last I am not your friend.  I intend to get your crown of King of snipers.

Also, I love how you are now accusing him of colluding with no evidence at all.  Is anybody with 2+ ID's a colluder?  If so, then a lot of people are in trouble.  And, I'm pretty sure that you're the only person that has never "sniped" a recruit in their time.  In fact, I bet you have without realizing it.  The whole term is wrong.  You're not sniping a recruit from somebody else.  Sniping would imply that you own the recruit that is green, which is not true at all.  A green recruit merely means he is considering you, and nothing else.

Lol...now because I have a top end team in DII at Valdosta...and a team I turned into a top end team at DIII at Hiram...I am now a cheater? Have WIS investigate me and I guarantee I have never used even 1 AC scout on a guy for Hiram while I was at Valdosta.

Took quote a few insults for me to say that.  Please keep things on subject. That was the message I tried to leave above.  But Llad I stand by the Birth Cerificate crack.  I don't for a minute believe he was born here nor do I think has been good for this country.  He gets my rating below Carter and was a good man but an awful President.  I think this guy got elected by Chicago politics. But now I am off topic.

I firmly believe Obama is one of the worst Presidents we've ever had, but that doesn't mean that he isn't American. If I were standing next to him when an assassin walked up to him, I would still take the bullet for him. Why? Because he is the PRESIDENT. In that moment, I don't care about our differing views on abortion or the economy or anything else. 

The man is American, as has been proven. I take extreme offense that you would accuse the President otherwise. I'm not asking you to join the military or anything, but at least show patriotism and do not slander the President.

You guys are having a real problem understanding this but Zed is my brother.  I am not taking sides at all.  If you read some of the early comments I agreed with Damauler.  If a person wants to snipe, fine by me.  I think it is a detriment to the game but I don't really give a crap.  I've taken care of everybody that got me.  I don't snipe by choice but should add I will take your recruit without warning at signing in retaliation.  I'm in general a nice guy when it comes to recruiting and avoid stuff as I believe there is plenty of talent at the levels I'm at to go around.  I try to avoid battles.  It is a waste of resources.  My teams perform very well doing it my way.  I enjoy getting my guys to grow to their full potential.  I enjoy finding the diamonds in the rough. 

You guys bash zed and I all the time how we do things wrong.  Well come into our conference show us.  Better yet why dont' we get a list of guys willing to start out fresh in a completely different world and we can grow our teams at the same time?  The only rule would be that the coach has to pick a team that has been a SIM for at least 5 seasons.  It would mean starting out t DIII.  Then after say 6 seasons move up to DII.  If we place a point value on our rankings at the end of the season we could actually have some sort of measure.
