Still at the bar, but for the record, I went off of my fantasy league, and the defense points was total points against. So if the bears gave up 50, but only 3 was on the d, it's 50

You should have been more specific.

That's the way it's been in every fantasy league I've played in...

Some of us have never played in a fantasy league.  If this were a court of law, you and pola would lose.

Most leagues it is at least Def and ST combined pts against.  The only thing you would really have a case for is the interception returned for a touchdown.  But even then ESPN fantasy leagues count that in the total as well.

In any case. it is down to gore or desean as to who wins overall

  • Fumble recovered in the EZ for a safety
  • A 5 yard return for a TD off a blocked punt (the punt team is considered a part of the offense, since the ball can actually be forwarded out of the formation)
  • A 64 yard fumble returned for a TD.
That's 14 points.
The Charger defense gave up 2 FGs, 2 TDs, and 4 XPs.  That's 21 points.

It probably won't matter anyway, but there is a chance it might...

Pola, The Pop tribe had M Crosby as the Kicker and the New Orleans defense.
why has this not been corrected on the scores for the Pop team ??

They only lose 2 points. Pop has 110, hip hop 89 (or 49), can't remember the rest. One team has 121, the other has 116.

double check THAT mach5 .. they lose 2 points from the kicker but they lose 30 points from the defense ; Saints gave up 30 points
10/10/2010 9:37 PM
that adjustment would put the Pop team as low man on the totem pole
10/10/2010 9:41 PM
Then it's up to pola and his decision on the DEF scoring.

One way, Hip Hop finishes last.
The other way, Pop finishes last.

Also,
D. Brees 24/39 279 7.2 2 3

That would be 13 points for yards, 12 points for TD's, and -9 points for INT's.  That puts him at 16, not 20.

cbs had 294 for Brees, which was my scoring, but I am not the official scorer this time. Just in the habit of doing it. I do see that the NFL site has the 279 number though which would lower Brees by 1.
