Hey there GD Community!
As some of you may know, I am a student at the University of Northern Iowa and for one of my classes, a required project is gathering research for a final paper over quantitative research methods. This requires that I do some sort of quantitative research regarding communication. For this purpose, I have created a survey designed to find out if political ideology affects how and where people gather information about politics (specifically the upcoming election.). SO, here is what I ask of you, WIS community, at the bottom of this post you will find a URL that is a link to the survey. Please complete it and perhaps post here to let me know you have if you would like.
NOW, HEAR (or more appropriately, see) ME SAY:
DO NOT let this degrade into a political feud. The point of the research is not necessarily to know who your choice for president is, but rather if the candidate/party you support has any affect on media use. If you have any questions about the research, feel free to ask and I will attempt to answer them to the best of my ability. Thank you for reading and if you take the survey, awesome, thanks!!! But if not, that's perfectly fine as well.
Best Regards,
Matt
