A couple people asked. It will either be an NBA challenge if game 7 is happening, or a college world series game if there is no NBA. Was a bit suprised Arfy did not pick NBA for tonight.

I think people much prefer challenges we can't watch such as minor league baseball or everyone's individual SIM teams over something as inconsequential as the US Open or NBA Finals.  Looking forward to a summer of esoteric challenges.  Next up a challenge based on the YMCA swim meet in Arfy's hometown.

I sent my picks on 6/16 at 9:08 cause I knew I wouldn't be around much.  I also just got home and realized that my browser was still open with my sitemail to arfy voting out aggie that I never hit send on before I left for work.  Won't happen again.

Here is the POV challenge.

NBA Eliminator

Answer the following questions. If you miss you are eliminated. If you are right you move on to the next question. We go till one person is left. If all remaining competitors fail on the same question they all move on to the next one. Tie breaker below.

1.       Pick the winning team

2.       Name the leading scorer

3.       Name the leading rebounder

4.       Name the leading assist man

5.       Name the series MVP

6.       Name the person who will score the game’s first points

7.       Name the person who will score the last point of the finals

8.       Will there be a Technical Foul assessed (not for illegal defense)

9.       Will Tim Duncan be +/- 2.5 blocks

10.   Will Tony Parker be +/- 20 points

Tie Breaker: Predict the Spurs total points without going over.


And yes the nathans hot dog eating contest was on my radar.

So, if I am reading it right, csudak is way up with 9 from his backup since the Binghamton game was cancelled. There are a couple of games to play and I couldn't find Aguascalientes

I've got to say, Casey... From my past experience of playing with you and hosting Survivors you have got to be one of the best as far as winning these sports challenges. I remember a couple survivor seasons where you were on your own and made top 5 or 6 just by putting in the extra effort and making things happen.

I mean, it's a minor league baseball challenge, and you pull it off.

It might seem like I am saying this just to keep off the block, but truthfully man you are really, really good at them and I tip my hat.
