So as suspected the pick Tight Ends and then choose one who is ineligible strategy did not work for Gryffindor. Their votes are due tomorrow by 8 p.m.  Ravenclaw wins. Next challenge will be up tomorrow for the bowl season.

Your task is simple. There will only be one tribe entry for this challenge, submitted by the captain by Thursday Dec. 26 at 5 p.m. Each tribe must create two teams. TEAM EQUITY and TEAM HOMOGENY.

On each team, you will place 20 teams playing in bowl games. You must use all 8 teams playing in BCS Bowl games. It is your choice what other 32 teams you choose from the 44 remaining choices.

When the Bowl Teams do things, they will be awarded points. They will get 10 points for a win. 1 point for each point scored and .1 points per yard gained. BCS teams get triple, so 30 points for a win, 3 points for each point scored and .3 points per yard gained.

You get to decide if you want a team's rushing yards, passing yards or total offensive yards (no special teams), and must declare it in your entry. If you don't declare, I will assume you want their total offensive yards.

Your goal is simple. You want TEAM EQUITY and TEAM HOMOGENY to tie. Closest to dead even in points, wins.

As a bonus for winning the last challenge, Ravenclaw only has to use four of the eight BCS teams, though they can use more if they want.

Tiebreaker #1: Highest individual scoring team on TEAM EQUITY
Tiebreaker #2: Lowest individual scoring team on TEAM HOMOGENY
Tiebreaker #3: First tribe to get it to me

This should give everyone a week to relax with their families over the holidays.

There will be a National Championship Game challenge three days after this challenge.

We scrambled due to a miss communication, or shall I say-lack of.
12/23/2013 10:27 AM
Depending on what Miss Communication looks like, I could understand.
12/23/2013 10:51 AM
*miscommunication :) Believe it or not, I am actually a writer. However, I tend to slack when I'm not working.
12/23/2013 11:12 AM
I did 1,001 simulations in my test engine to help me decide which position to take. My 3.0 simulation engine assured that no one in my tribe took TE. I'll be releasing some fixes later this week(Next month).

im not great at math, but if we are creating 2 teams to submit, with 10 bowl teams on each, that would be 20 teams that must be used for the challenge.

you said we must use the 8 bcs teams, leaving us 44 teams to fill the remaining 32 spots, but wouldnt it only be 12 spots we need to fill?
12/23/2013 12:53 PM
Thank you. Should be 20 bowl teams on each. Will fix
