agree!  Definitely an improvement.

I'm not feeling the love. Eight punt returns for TDs? Not very realistic. Also, it feels like we're back to the 1.0 days when talent trumped all, but I'm hoping that will change as people get a handle on how to game plan with this system. Still, it has more potential to improve than 2.0 ever had.

Have you seen that player???  SPD=84!  Are you kidding me.  I'm surprised he didn't have more than 8 returns.

BTW, what's the record for punt return TD's?

I personally don't feel that is unrealistic, you have a multi-championship team with talent up and down the roster with an excessively speedy player returning punts vs. very poor SimAI teams.

Four of those punt returns were against Wooster. cman2k's team is a bit better than a SIM.

I liked 2 better.

LOL, it took 3 games to get 4 returns, not all in one game, so not as shocking.

Not to mention, as his team is good, he has no player than can compete speed-wise with that monster of yours.

Congrats, by the way, on the NC.

This engine has promise, but at the moment, I don't see much difference from 2.0....other than it is now more complicated.  So, if it now takes more effort to get the same (or even wackier) results, then it is not worth the effort that has gone into its development.

This engine is really, really poor, and at present a step back from 2.0. After the amount of time we have spent giving opinions and input we have a game where WR can catch 40 passess a game and overpowering OL/RB combos get 4 yds a carry average and still get caught for losses when the D shouldn't even be able to get across the LOS!. My Nichols (558 rated) is playing a team rated at 413 and is behind at halftime?!?!?!?! If the engine was even halfway refined this would never happen, My OL vs their DL is 50% better! And we still have K getting 100% Xpts, QB throwing with 85% completions and no injuries? Give me a break!

So at the 105 vote mark the engine is averaging 2.63 stars out of 5. I'll post this again after another update and see if it changes.
