I just finished up my fourth season. I gotta say it was the most fun season Ive had thus far. I was worried I would struggle since I was losing 19 players. But youve developed a game that allowed me to adjust my formations, personnel and gameplans to finally field a pretty strong team by seasons end. Keep up the improvements cause your heading in the right direction. This is so much better than 2.0!

I don't/didn't.

I played two seasons in the old engine.  I am a newbie.  Im definitely not an expert by any means.  That being said I think 3.0 is way better.  I repeat my statement from my original post, last season was the most fun ive had thus far in my brief coaching career.  I made adjustments all year all which led to improvements and my learning more about the engine.  By seasons end my team was pretty good in my opinion.  It was way better gameplan wise and of course more talented due to the freshman getting quite a bit of playing time. I dont see any reason for people to get their panties in a wad because I actually like the new engine.

Moreron, I actually did. I think this shows way more promise, like a crazy athletic player who is very raw compared to a grizzled veteran who makes a living on fundamentals. Neither is bad, but only one has the possibility of becoming a star.
