Now that the D3 level has been made more simple to use (in the spirit of "No Child Left Behind" dumbed down!), WIS really needs to consider any Human Coach that has at least 10 total seasons in all Worlds the luxury of skipping D3 and proceeding directly to D2 level.  You might be surprised that those of us who might be looking to start in a New World for us, have read the forum posts about how poor the D3 level game is now, and just not take on another team because we don't want to waste even one season worth of cash to play!

OR just give that first season free to a veteran coach that buys in to a world new to hum.

DIII will soon be taken over in every world by St Olafs.

Actually I hadn't thought of this.  I wouldn't want to have to learn D3 to get into another world.

Your suggestion of 10 total seasons would work, but another would be to allow coaches to enter a new world at the the same level as their lowest "active" level in another world.
