Any Good Rebuilding Projects in 1A BCS Conference? Topic

Looking for a good rebuilding project in a BCS Conference. After toiling at Oregon State for 6 seasons I took 3 seasons off and have spent the last 3 at UTEP. A couple of the schools I'm looking at are Stanford and Louisville, a school I coached at in Wilk for 11 seasons, so I am familiar with recruiting in that area. Are there any other schools I should look at that I'm overlooking?

I'm looking at Wisconsin as a rebuild. I think they'd be a fun place to be.

Of course, if a really good BCS team comes opne, I'd be inclined to take them as well.

B1G is a fun conference to be in and Wisky, Minny or Iowa are pretty good places to be if you're not at an elite
