The way you have designed player notes, I see the indicator but still have to open the player and nav to the note.

How about a hover over on the indicator to display the note and the ability to on the fly, edit and or/ remove the player note.

Sounds like a good idea.  But, like all of the other good ideas suggested in here, it will die on the vine.

And while we're ignoring suggestions, please ignore this one as well:

Give us the option to designate player notes with different colors (other than the default of yellow).  That would give us the option of being able to create different kinds of notes for different purposes, and be able to identify them quickly from the roster page.

That might be the best, easiest to implement, most helpful, never to be done, suggestion on this site in years.
