Last day before Cataclysm!

Will be up late after midnight playing WOW.

Need an easy dinner and something that I can eat later. Ham in the slow cooker.

Put it in with apple cider and brown sugar.

FOR THE HORDE!

You have to try the fried cheescake at Sonics. For deep fried fast food it is solid.

Also it is time for the sweet potato fries at White Castle ....yum!

If you ever are in a supermarket and see some generic frozen sauage and pancakes on a stick do not...REPEAT DO NOT...buy them!

I am living in Barrow, Alaska and I had a chance to try whale for the fist time.  It was interesting.  I usually like seafood and the taste was similar to scallops of all things.  The texture was different and not completely enjoyable honestly.  Touching the whale after it had been caught felt a little like a wet intertube.  I enjoyed the experience, but would never order if whale was the type of thing you could find a menu.

Videos of the whale being taken out of the water are at:

Maybe you can try dog next.

Please....Pancakes and sausage on a stick! If done right that could be a taste sensation.

This was done very wrong!

Pancakes and sausage on a stick. At last.

Dont buy the generic ones!
12/11/2010 6:39 PM
Of course not. Brand name only. Premium brand. Hey, if you're going for sausage and pancake on a stick you might as well go all the way.

I agree....

On a similar vein if you want to spice up hot dogs buy some pillsbury crescent rolls and roll them up and bake them. Yum!

2 possible dips to go with....

Catsup with fresh ground horseradish and a squeze of lime

or

Mayonaise with garlic, coare blackpepper and sea salt.

A blue ribbon pig in a blanket, The dips are intriguing. It's hard to top just Heinz Ketchup, the single greatest product in the history of the world, but the horseradish sounds tasty (I love citrus but, please,  not here) and, while mayos is just wrong on a hot dog, so is a croissant so the rules go out the window.

You dont really taste the lime, just a small squeeze, but it makes the blend a little smoother.

I use the croisants because they seem to work the best. Tried some regular biscuits and they fell of the dogs. Also tried to put cheese in the mixture and it didnt work.

Unless you're at the state fair, this is just wrong.
