I totally get that coach K likes to prep duke for the NCAA tourney with lots of neutral court games in non-con, but the result is when duke actually plays a true road game in conference play they always lose to some lesser team early because they aren't adequately prepped for the environment.

Watched the first half on dvr, Florida st plays a somewhat unique zone, rebounds well, and duke shot poorly from three, has no interior presence, and without Irving lacks a point to overcome bad shooting nights. Basically typical Duke.

with his other stats, he should be good for high strikeout numbers, but he will walk guys. If that control gets above 40, he could have a ML career. His ability to strike batters out and induce groundballs should negate all the walks he'd offer up.

Those pitches should work well with the splits and overcome the control.  I would definitely use him.
