Ahh...  I always thought first got all of them.

Could be wrong, but it always seemed that way, and I never really looked into it.

I'd have a hard time believing Malcolm Golub got 3 real votes for Cy Young, especially since I'm pretty sure I didn't vote for him myself.

I'm seeing the Tribe Called Quest doc in about an hour.
Ooooh, bootleg that **** Rerun style and send it to me.

I'd pay good money for a Rerun-style bootleg of the Tribe doc.

Wow, GillyMac dominated the NL MVP voting.

Who the hell voted for MacDougal?

That person should not be allowed to vote anymore.

So was there just an anti-rlahann bias in the Cy Young voting?
I don't know if it was that for everyone else.

I factor innings pitched into mine to a certain extent.  I would rather have a guy with a 1.10 WHIP for 220 innings that a guy with a 1.05 WHIP for 140 innings.

I don't get too crazy about innings but I think they have to factor into the vote.

I really don't care about wins and losses.

I voted for Cleatus & Gil

I could see that hurting Rivera, but Kohlmeier had more innings and his numbers looked a lot better than the guy who won it. A 1.23 WHIP seems really high for a Cy Young winner. Considering his ratings, too, that's probably the worst Cy Young winner we've had.

He wasn't listed as the first candidate on the ballots, I think Rivera was, so voter apathy and the automatic vote wasn't the reason.
Yeah, I agree.

People must have focused on the ERA.  I can't remember who I voted for but Kohlmeier seems like the right choice.

You are probably right though, people just going anti-rlahann.

Post season awards suck anyway. They just drive up people's demands.

Rlahann is too gimmicky with his pitchers that given an alternative non-rp choice I'll take it.

Heh. How is it possible to get those screenshots from a phone to post as a picture? I did something I thought was funny to dmurphy's facebook status update and wanted to share it.

Kohlmeier wasn't a gimmick, though.
