Caught in the Verizon vortex. I am in the industry and Verizon and AT&T have the worst customer service. They whacked all their techs so they are so thin they can't support all the outages.

My other choice is Time Warner Cable, or Hughesnet satellite service.  Leaning towards TWC.

I have TWC and haven't had any problems with internet or TV. Our previous internet kept going out every day at the same time so we switched and we haven't had any outages and it is plenty fast

Is ATT UVerse available in hyour area?  If so, I recommend trying it.  I canned TWC 18 months ago and changed to ATT UVerse - works great! And, for me, cheaper.

Of those two, go with TWC. Heard good things about U-verse from those that can actually get it.

Assume this means you are still out of commission? I didn't think it was possible to be without internet for so long these days! Any further word on when you may be back up and running?

I have TWC and they are pretty good. All of them rip you off, but from a reliability perspective TWC has been great for me, and I have had them I two different states. Stay away from Hughes.
