ADD again.  You're forgetting all my brilliant and correct comments throughout this thread.  It's been a rout.

Just because I am ADHD, I went back and re-read the entire thread to refresh my memory and...still didn't see it.

Not surprising.  You've continually shown throughout this thread that you're not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Knives aren't relevant to this discussion.  I hope I've enlightened you.

They are now.  I posted a picture of one.

Are 96 MPH knuckleballs relevant?

There is no such thing as a knuckleball.  If there was, it wouldn't be relevant.

Technically, that's true.  It should be called the fingertip ball, because the knuckles don't actually make contact.

So it's a 96 MPH fingertip ball.  That's fine with me.

If this thread had been titled "True Fingertipballer", none of this nonsense would have happened.

A true knuckleballer, er, fingertipballer should also generate lots more PB by the catcher -- remember the standard advice for how to catch that pitch... "wait til it stops rolling, then pick it up."

It was a while ago, so I don't think I can check. Perhaps it was someone else.
Probably. Those MG/Coop cult guys are all pretty much interchangeable, anyway. You might even say they only have names to add to the aesthetic experience of the game.

I don't recall such a ruckus in the equally cosmetic "Best Player Names" thread.

You can do whatever you want.   But, like another poster mentioned, maybe we should talk about hometowns and batting stances too.   Or, maybe, we should cling to one shred of dignity to convince ourselves we're not nerds comparing pocket protectors.
The horse has long since left the barn.
