Enjoy the rebuild-

We're not necessarily rebuilding next year.

Enjoy being mentally impaired!

sadly I think you are right and the team is going to end up almost identical to this year (with a few extra young guys and some of the crappy veterans gone).  Not where I would want to be, but I think I have resigned myself to that fact.

wat, how is that sad?

we're one of the final 4 teams in the playoffs and were a **** hair away from knotting the ECF at 1-1, there's absolutely nothing wrong with rooting for a team of this caliber.  i'd certainly rather root for this than a team that trolls for lotto balls.

+1

This teams got balls.  Something most of the NBA teams lack.  They just need a shot in the arm of some youthful talent.

in that case, enjoy being the Lakers.

badja - the lakers or the celtics? every other team in the league wishes they were one of those two teams

True that felon.  That's why I have to give you a hard time on the rare occasions that I actually can!

you are insane if you'd rather root for a ****** team with marginal assets + lotto balls than this

The NBA must be more enjoyable for moranis when the season is over in April.

Well that was an interesting rugby match disguised as the NBA.   Terrible play to end regulation for the Heat.   With Bosh, the series is over.

same might be true if Allen were healthy or they had Bradley - it is what it is - they owned the Heat in the regular season when both were at full strength

Allen has been rounding into form the past few games, this is an encouraging sign as it gives us a fighting chance to take down the series.

Still need to deliver a godlike performance to take down a game in Miami + another solid one to win game 6 at home, but C's winning this is very much within the realm of possibility.

blowing/getting screwed out of game 2 was tough
6/4/2012 4:46 PM
Please.  The Celt's only winning tactic so far is to foul on every offensive and defensive possession, knowing they can't all be called.   Imagine how much fouling has to happen for Pierce to foul out IN BOSTON, not to mention in 2 of the 4 games.
