You couldn't be more wrong about football dominating. Depends what market you're in. I'm usually in full NFL mode come Sept 1. This year, with the Os making it, I really didn't sink into football mode till last week. Besides, what are we really missing the first month of the NFL season anyway?

And PS - the Orioles dream was to be relevant again. If anything, the Yankees helped that by letting the Os take them to the brink

Hahaha.  You don't know ****.  Maybe YOU were interested in baseball.    But the numbers show that a meaningless Thursday night CFB draws as many eyes as game 5 in the ALDS.     It's stupid to pretend that playoff baseball can compete with the NFL or CFB at ANY time.

It's also stupid to alter your schedule to compete with a sport that's on 2-3 nights a week. Which is why no one hires you as a sports consultant.

At least you can pretend to be the king of a fictional sports site though. I bet that looks awesome on the resume.

NFL-Mon, Thur, Sun.   College-every other night.

What part of that is 2-3 nights per week?

The Jets beat the Yankees last Monday night.  In New York.

Pretty standard.    Only a fool doesn't recognize that people will watch football over baseball all the time, every time.

Call MLB and tell them they need to schedule around CFB and see how hard they laugh on your face. I can't believe someone as dumb as you has the nerve to call others stupid.

While you're at it, give David Stern a call and tell him there's no point in starting the NBA season before February, since it won't rate higher than football.
