Those that have teams loaded already in leagues that are "pending" will have to re draft if the league doesn't fill in time. I'm in two leagues right now where all owners have committed but not everybody has loaded their team. In one we are waiting for 3 and in another 5. Might be a good idea for people to look at their sitemail as commissioners are trying to round up stragglers to get it done before the update.

tz's post at the top says that theme leagues will not automatically disband and that the league commish will have the option to NOT have teams dumped back into the draft center.

where, when and how will the theme league commishes see and/or get that option???
