I hate those guys. 13 DUR takes him out of the rotation, IMO. You could use him as LRA, set for 45-50 pitches and accept he won't be available again for 5-7 days. Or SUA, at 15-20 and know he's done for 3-4 days. He should be pretty good. I'd use SUA to get the most leveraged innings.
