NFL clears Peyton Manning of PED use. Surprising?

Seems a little odd. The two faces of the NFL for the last 15 years, Manning and Brady, are treated completely different by the powers that be. But, no, not surprised. Manning is retired. No point in dragging him thru a PED mess. Of course, if it was MLB, they'd wait til their biggest stage and announce that the investigation is ongoing.

my assessment is that the first configuration gains me like 30-40 runs offensively, and I am estimating that the defensive shift does not cost me that much. Do your formulas disagree?

Syndergaard will produce 40-50 errors/negative plays at SS. But, with his OPS being .300 more than Maxwell, I'd live with it. Maxwell isn't Ozzie Smith over there so you're not losing that much in the field.
