Pretty sure I said caffeine is a PED. So, if we're worried about PED, everyone in the world is a cheater. Well, unless you're drinking water from a cow feces infested pool.

He could give you one batter pretty much 150 times. If he got all of them out, 50 innings.

I honestly can't recall a time under George. So it had to be pre-1973. I can't remember much from that time despite being a fan in 1969.

They had a rough run from the mid-60s til George but Stottlemyre, Downing, Munson, White, Murcer came along during that time. They would have been valued. Sadly, my first favorite player, Horace Clarke, was not.

I picked my favorite team based on my LL team name. BP(British Petroleum) Yankees. I was terrible but they had to play me somewhere. I played some 2B. So did Horace. He was pretty damn bad. I was far worse. Played SS the next year so I guess it could have been Gene Michael had I waited to pick a favorite.
